Functional Nutrition

Functional Nutrition is a term used to describe the use of food and specific nutrients to support the body's function. This can include everything from supporting the immune system, to maintaining energy levels, to reducing inflammation. Functional nutrition is based on the idea that the body is a complex system that can be supported with the right nutrients. By providing the body with the nutrients it needs, functional nutrition can help to improve overall health and well-being.

There is a clear relationship between diet and nutrition and mood. What we eat can have a significant impact on our mental state, and can either contribute to or help alleviate depression and anxiety. A healthy, balanced diet is crucial for maintaining good mental health, as is getting enough exercise and sleep. This is why Neuroglow provides our clients with a highly trained Functional Nutritionist who can help to drastically improve your nutritional status.
