She holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Functional Medicine, and she knows how powerful dietary and lifestyle change can be in promoting health and well-being. She draws upon her education and experience to meet her clients exactly where they are, to help them set realistic goals that work best for them, and to offer evidence-based solutions that position them for long-term success. She is married and has three children, and when she is not working, she enjoys trying new recipes, practicing yoga, and laughing with her family and Friends.
