Ketamine & Spravato® Treatment Pricing
Ketamine has been shown to create rapid and lasting improvements for people struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mood disorders even when traditional medications haven’t worked. Administered through a gentle IV infusion, ketamine helps reset brain pathways, increase neuroplasticity, and open the mind to healing.
Each infusion takes about 45 minutes, with about 90 minutes in the clinic from check-in to discharge, in a private, soothing environment under medical supervision. Patients often describe a deep sense of calm and clarity that continues to develop in the hours and days afterward.
6 infusions over 2–3 weeks, with optional booster sessions for maintenance.
$3,500 for a six-infusion IV ketamine induction series (includes all intake, prep, and 1 integrative therapy session; here is what happens on infusion day).
0% interest financing available. HSA/FSA accepted. After completing your induction series, maintenance infusions are $500 each ($400 with the Hero Discount for veterans, first responders, teachers and nurses). The Thrive Essentials membership is $299 per month and includes one service each month: a maintenance ketamine infusion, a one-hour integrative therapy session, or a NAD+ IV infusion. Out-of-network benefits may reimburse part of the cost of IV ketamine; see how to submit a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. Spravato is billed to insurance; see Spravato insurance coverage.
Spravato® is an FDA-approved medication for treatment-resistant depression and major depressive disorder with suicidal thoughts or behavior. It offers a safe, evidence-based alternative for those seeking relief within a supervised clinical setting.
Each session involves a short self-administered nasal spray, followed by relaxation in a comfortable recovery chair for about two hours while the medical team monitors and supports you. Spravato® cannot be taken home and must be given in a certified clinic like NeuroGlow.
Twice weekly for 4 weeks (induction phase), then weekly for 4 weeks, then biweekly for maintenance.
Covered by most commercial insurance plans; your copay depends on your plan and we confirm it in writing before your first session. Eligible, commercially insured patients may pay as low as $10 per treatment through SPRAVATO withMe. Our team handles verification, prior authorizations, and claims for you.
For ongoing balance and cognitive support, NeuroGlow offers a range of IV therapies including NAD+, Myers’ Cocktails, and Glutathione. These treatments help sustain mood stability, energy, and overall wellness between or after your primary therapy series.

FAQs
Do you handle my insurance?
Yes. We verify benefits, get prior authorizations, file claims, and manage appeals. You’ll know coverage and out-of-pocket costs before you start.
Is Spravato® covered by insurance?
Often, yes. Coverage and copays vary by plan and diagnosis. We confirm your benefits and handle all paperwork.
Is Ketamine Therapy covered by insurance?
Usually no. Ketamine’s use for mood disorders is off-label. Many patients self-pay and use HSA/FSA funds. We provide superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
What payment and financing options do you offer?
We accept major cards and HSA/FSA. We also work with CareCredit and offer in-house payment plans for eligible self-pay packages. Terms are reviewed upfront.
Will I know the costs before treatment?
Yes. After benefits verification, we share a clear estimate of your copay/coinsurance or self-pay total no surprises.
Who is a candidate for Ketamine Therapy or Spravato®?
Eligibility is decided after a medical and psychiatric evaluation. Spravato® candidates typically have treatment-resistant depression or MDD with acute suicidal ideation/behavior, used with an oral antidepressant.
How are the medications given?
Ketamine Therapy: IV/IM in-clinic with clinician-guided dosing.
Spravato®: Intranasal in-clinic under the REMS program never taken home.
How long is each visit?
Ketamine Therapy visits are about 90 minutes including observation; the infusion itself is about 45 minutes.
Spravato® visits are about 2–3 hours with required monitoring.
Can I drive after a session?
No. Arrange a ride home. With Spravato®, do not drive or operate machinery until the next day after a full night’s sleep.
What does a first appointment include?
A thorough consultation: medical history, current medications, goals, and benefits review. We confirm eligibility, outline risks, and design your plan.
What side effects should I expect?
Possible short-term effects include dissociation, dizziness, nausea, or increased blood pressure. You’ll be monitored the whole time, and a clinician is with you throughout.
How many sessions will I need?
Your provider recommends a structured course often an induction/acute series followed by maintenance if helpful. Plans are personalized.
Will this replace my current medications or therapy?
Not usually. Spravato® is used with an oral antidepressant. We coordinate care with your prescribers and therapist.
